Got your product and I love it. I have a 1998 Grand Caravan. I had to drive with the high beams on at night just to see. In about a 1/2 hour I had restored the headlights to almost new. Some of the yellowing is on the inside of the lens I  and can't get to that... But the outside is a complete 180 degree turn around.

I have had your product for head light restoration for about 3 years now. I bought it to refinish the plastic headlights on my wife's 97'Honda Civic. One of the headlights was recently replaced due to an accident. The Honda dealer told my wife that they could refinish the clouded over  headlight for $40. I have had only moderate success using your product as directed. I have been applying it by hand and rubbing it off by hand.

Yesterday I tried a new approach. I wiped the heavy duty scratch remover all over the opaque headlight. I then took my Bosch Random Orbital sander and attached a soft pad to it. I went over the whole headlight with the sander. I washed off the light and then did the same process using the light duty cleaner. I again washed the light. You can hardly tell the difference between the new headlight and the one I have just refinished. My wife couldn't believe it. Now she has light at night.

Your product works great and I saved $40. The sander also helped with application.

Dear Sirs;

I just wanted to drop you a line about your Plastic Scratch Removal.  I own a 93 Jeep Wrangler and I have been thinking about replacing the soft top because the bad appearance of the plastic windows.  I tried out your Light Duty & Plastic Shine - starting on the driver side window.  After just a few minutes, I couldn't believe the change.   I spent the next hour using your products to clean up the rest of the windows and other plastic items on my jeep.  There was one problem that I had with using your product.  When my wife returned home after being out all afternoon, I was accused of replacing the top on the jeep and it took a while to convince her that it was still the same top.  Maybe you should put some type of caution on the bottle.  Call it the Wife Factor - Just kidding.

Hello Janvil

About the plastic polish I just got yesterday.

Did the job, just as advertised, and had wonderful results.  Be sure that all of us out here that have these late 90's Subaru Cutbacks know this!

As a side note, I had already wet sanded these pretty much useless headlights from 800 through 1500 before I ordered your kit.

I was unsure where to go from there, until I came across your site.

I ordered the 8oz kit, I had it in two days, and in less than 30 minutes after I got home, (after stopping at the hardware store for the blue paper towels and some masking tape) my headlamps were like new.

Good job!  Another very very happy customer!

I just used the plastic restoration kit this weekend on my fogged-up headlights. It took quite a bit of elbow grease and several applications since they were really bad, but they now look almost new again. Wow! What a difference. I would recommend this product to anyone. Well I'll be damned, it DOES work - I was rubbing away per instructions included, staring down on the 12-year-old headlight, comparing with refraction of parking light, thinking Nah, this ain't workin', etc. etc. Went to the Heavy and worked for a while, THEN stepped back to look from a few feet away and HOLY COW - looks like the reflection of a new headlight. Finished with the Light and then the polish as directed and voila - $15 instead of the $180 for new headlights. THANKS PEOPLE. VERY cool.

I just wanted to say thanks for a great product, I had my new 2005 Ford Mustang for a month when I noticed the right rear tail light had some scratches on it, you had to look hard to see it, but it was there. I was thinking I might have to replace the whole assembly, I'm sure that would have cost big bucks at a dealer, but every time I looked at it I new I had to do something. I found your product online, and am so thankful I did, I ordered the 2 oz repair kit to give it a try, well, you know what happens, I used your product and the scratches were gone, and it looked as good as new. I am impressed, and pleased to find something that works as advertised. I'm thinking of getting the larger restore kit, so I'll always have some on hand if needed.

Hi;

Recently, I went to www.Janvil.com and ordered the starter kit. Janvil plastic restoration product really works.

I had a '98 Mercedes Benz SL500 convertible in my shop today. The back plastic windrow was trashed. It was scratched and had a greasy, milky film over it from whatever the owner used to clean it. My associate tried a little glass cleaner. That did absolutely nothing. We tried the Janvil plastic shine and it took a few applications, but it came out as clear as glass!! Beautiful!! The owner was blown away as that window was one of his big concerns.

The Plastic Shine did such a good job that we didn't even have to bother with the scratch removal products.  I will hold on to those for another time.
 

I was able to charge the owner $25 for about 20 minutes of work. I could have charged $50 and he would have gladly paid it. The results were that good!! The secret, as we found out, is to mist the product on and let it dwell for several minutes until it's just starting to dry then wipe it off with a clean towel followed by a soft chamois. Just make sure the window is free of dirt & dust so you don't scratch it.
